Location is good, owner was responsive to change our room since AC stopped working and it was over 35 celcius in rome.

Very very clean. Helpful shared kitchen. Free toast for breakfast- similar to Melba toast. Very friendly staff who we checked in with.

The property is super clean and quiet. It’s also super close to the Vatican, so it’s in a safe neighborhood. And Kyle is wonderful—friendly, attentive and professional.
